How do I set/fill up the Service AccountService Account
Our internal payment system

There are basically two options:

  1. During the payment of downloads in the online shop

    At the checkout, you can set the Service AccountService Account
    Our internal payment system
    level and thus determine your deposit. Compare this with our discount levels. Otherwise, the process is explained in detail at the checkout.
     
  2. Manually

    In the customer service (the page after the login) you can fill up the Service AccountService Account
    Our internal payment system
    by direct debitdirect debit
    Only German bank accounts are possible
    using the online form. By selecting one of predetermined amounts you'll set the Service AccountService Account

    level. Compare this with our discount levels.

    Alternatively, you can transfer any amount to your Service AccountService Account

I need login data for the Online Shop, how do I get them? (Even if I am already a customer)

In order to be able to buy in the online shop, you must register first as a new customer. Note: If you are already a customer of us, so far you were supplied by post office, please register likewise as a new customer. You account data for the online shop are united with your old customer data.

Is it possible to re-download purchased files?

You want to download songs again because, for example, an error occurred in the payment process or because you have simply lost the downloaded data or you can't find them. No problem:

In case of an error multiple security mechanisms are operated. In general, payments or purchase orders are not lost.

Either the titles are already paid and can simply be downloaded again by normal purchasing (the title will be considered for free at the check-out) or is it deposited a credit for the purchase on your customers account (you can then pay the songs with this deposit). Sometimes a shopping transaction aborts in the middle, so that a part is already marked as paid and for the other part there is a deposit.

The same works for normal purchases also. You can download the data again and again.

Please proceed as follows:

IN CASE OF AN ERROR

  1. Log in at our shop.
  2. On the customers service page you can see whether you have a credit (on the left side). With this you can pay for missing titles.
  3. Then click on "Your purchased titles" (Below "Navigation" on the left side). Then select at "Purchases on" in the middle of the page the date on which the error occurred. Is there an entry, you'll put all the titles in the cart (which are the titles you can download for free).
  4. Complete the order (in case of having a deposit) by putting missing titles to the cart.
  5. Do now a normal purchase (at the check-out you'll see the titles for free together with any added titles, which are deducted from the deposit if available).

 

IN CASE YOU WANT TO RE-DOWNLOAD

You can either put the title back in the basket (see above from step 5) or proceed as above. Step 4, you may choose to skip it, or instead add more songs.

Online Shop disappears suddenly after page is loaded

Responsible for that is the Skype plug-in (Internet Explorer).

Just disable the 'Turn on number highlighting' option in the plug-in configuration dialogue.
